Senior Project Coordinator

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Planner to join our growing. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management and be familiar with industry best practices. This role will support senior project managers in overseeing various construction projects from initiation to completion.
  Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects
• Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
• Utilize project management software for efficient communication and documentation
• Participate in quality control processes and site inspections
• Prepare and maintain project reports, including status updates and risk assessments
• Assist in managing project-related documentation and contracts
• Support the implementation of safety protocols and compliance with regulations
• Contribute to team meetings and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders
  Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in construction project management or related role
• Familiarity with construction best practices and quality control procedures
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for integration with general contractors
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• OSHA certification preferred
