Job Description

As a seasoned creative strategist, you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and business objectives. Your expertise in crafting compelling stories and visuals will be instrumental in engaging target audiences and driving results.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of creative strategy, project management, and team leadership. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative process from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that meet business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to brainstorm, plan, and deliver creative campaigns
  • Ensure creative concepts align with brand guidelines, target audience needs, and strategic business objectives
  • Provide creative direction and hands-on support while balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management (e.g., BBA, MBA) or related field is mandatory; specialization in Marketing, Creative Strategy, or Communications preferred.

5+ years of creative experience in an agency, corporate marketing team, or startup environment.

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, Figma, and InVideo.

Familiarity and interest in integrating AI-driven tools in design workflows.

Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
