We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to play a strategic role in driving digital performance across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end analysis of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic, to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve ROI.
  • Develop advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide leadership with actionable insights and visibility into key performance metrics.
  • Analyze complex data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, then translate findings into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies that drive long-term value.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven culture within the organization.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles.
  • Strong command of digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics and BI tools, such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and influence senior stakeholders.
