Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our Meta advertising campaigns.
About the Role:This is a full-time position responsible for handling the setup, monitoring, scaling, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience running and optimizing campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager.
- Set up and manage daily Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and placements to improve campaign performance.
- Track and analyze campaign data, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Develop and implement effective budgeting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the team on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to enhance overall campaign quality.
- Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads best practices, trends, and policy changes to ensure optimal campaign execution.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Meta Ads campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Experience in gaming / iGaming / entertainment verticals is highly desirable.
