Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the complete contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements. As a Manager - Contracts Management, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, revenue recognition standards, service provisioning and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, contracts management, invoicing or revenue assurance in SaaS/B2B, as well as leadership skills to manage and mentor teams. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with finance policies, revenue recognition rules, service provision and audit requirements.
  • Lead the team responsible for implementing contracts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
  • Validate billing frequency, payment terms, taxation, and revenue allocation in contracts, ensuring alignment with client-specific requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, revenue recognition, and financial reporting standards.

What You Will Need for this Position:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA is a plus.
  • 10–14 years of experience in Finance, Contracts Management, Invoicing, or Revenue Assurance in SaaS/B2B.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading contracts/invoicing/finance operations teams.
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional project delivery and system implementations is a plus.
