Business Leader for Cluster Growth

We are seeking a talented Business Leader to drive cluster growth and success.

  • The successful candidate will understand cluster requirements and collaborate with senior leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
  • This role involves developing and sharing Management Information Systems (MIS) to grasp market insights and enhance cluster performance.
  • Prioritizing financial solutions for Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) asset/liability needs is also a key responsibility.
  • The Business Leader will work closely with Credit/Risk teams to drive business growth through strategic sourcing in response to dynamic market conditions.
  • Cross Sell opportunities across assets and clients, and strategies to maximize profitability will be identified.
  • This role involves leading people and team management, including career development, coaching, and mentoring of critical talent within the team.
  • Maintaining market mapping of the cluster, developing expansion strategies, and collaborating with Product Development Teams to introduce new products/markets are also essential responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized university or premium business school is required.
  • Certifications such as AMFI/NCFM/IRDA are advantageous.

Preferences:

  • 8-14 years of experience in operations, client servicing, or sales roles.
  • Preferably coming from Banking Organizations.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
