Production Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Head to oversee our factory operations in Kerala, India.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemical Engineering and MBA in Operations Management. This role is responsible for achieving production targets, operational excellence, and sustainability goals while ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with all standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve production targets, ensure operational excellence, and drive sustainability initiatives.
  • Oversee quality management, vendor audits, and regulatory compliances to enhance P&L performance and optimize costs.
  • Streamline systems and implement lean manufacturing practices to maximize revenue.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles with P&L responsibility.
  • MBA in Operations Management and Chemical Engineering.
  • 18+ years of experience in Edible Oil factory operations.
  • Proven track record of operational excellence, lean manufacturing implementation, and compliance leadership.
  • Strong communication skills in Malayalam (Speak, Write, and Read).
