Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite professional to lead our end-to-end implementation and optimization projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead NetSuite implementation and optimization projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Manage a team of consultants and analysts, providing coaching and oversight.
  • Owning system design, configuration, and documentation across Financials, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, CRM, and Projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Define and enforce governance, including change management, release cycles, and system integrity.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements, automation, and system integrations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of NetSuite experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful implementations and post-go-live support.
  • Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite modules, especially Financials, SCM, CRM, and Projects.
  • Strong understanding of business process design and cross-functional workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with system integrators and third-party tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with SuiteSuccess methodology and industry verticals (e.g., SaaS, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services).
  • Working knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and NetSuite integration tools.
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications or experience managing agile ERP projects.
