Senior Sales Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Officer to drive revenue growth, market share and numeric reach in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with distributors to achieve planned revenue, volume and product mix goals.
  • Coach Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) to enhance numeric reach, SSO depth and assortment.
  • Monitor POST placement, productivity, credit terms and service levels.
  • Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and distributor efficiency.
  • Track competitor intelligence, key account relationships and market trends.
  • Ensure adherence to CRM usage, invoicing and financial hygiene best practices.
  • Support painter registration, training and market development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales & distribution management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and market analysis software.
  • Ability to drive sales targets and team performance.
