Operations Manager Role

Job Description:

The role of Operations Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of a voice process team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Supervise a team of voice agents, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to targets (KPIs like call quality, average handling time, resolution rate, etc.).
  • Operations Oversight: Ensure daily operations are running smoothly, manage escalations, and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Training and Development: Assist in onboarding and training new team members, organize regular skill development sessions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report team metrics, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders, share updates and feedback.
