Senior Manager - Procurement Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our procurement team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ocean freight pricing, with a strong background in market knowledge and Pan India pricing.

Key responsibilities include leading the procurement team, negotiating carrier rates, managing RFQs, and developing customer quotations.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for shipment planning and booking, as well as ensuring GDP and CTPAT compliance.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in ocean freight pricing is required.
  • Proven track record of successful conversions and business wins.
  • Freight forwarding experience is essential.
  • Senior management carrier relationships are highly valued.
