Your journey to success begins with unleashing your full potential. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing tax advisory engagements, delivering high-quality results, and ensuring timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax advisory engagements independently with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver tax opinions, short notes, and email responses on day-to-day client matters.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including filing tax returns, withholding tax statements, and advance tax provisioning.
  • Represent clients before tax authorities, review and draft responses to audit notices, and negotiate assessment rectifications.
  • Train and develop assistant managers, deputy managers, and executives for professional growth.
  • License and deploy tax technology assets to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for end-to-end tax operations engagements.
  • Manage internal client codes, time logging, invoicing, and collections.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with other tax services lines for multidisciplinary client requirements.
  • Contribute to firm eminence programs and events.

Desired Qualifications:

  • CA or equivalent certification in Direct Taxation with 5-7 years of experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Conceptual clarity, attention to detail, and innovation thinking.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
