Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Associate located in Chennai. The Tax Associate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing guidance on tax-related matters. The role includes staying updated on tax laws, assisting in tax planning, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and efficient tax filings. The Tax Associate will also participate in audit processes and provide support during tax assessments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and Tax Law
• Strong understanding of Finance and Tax regulations
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications
• Experience in corporate tax and knowledge of the local tax landscape is a plus
