Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a seasoned Senior Executive with 3-5 years of work experience at a global level organization.
  • The ideal candidate will be a graduate with indirect commodity management experience and possess excellent negotiation skills.
  • The role requires adherence to procurement policies while performing sourcing activities.
  • You will act as a specialist for IT procurement category, spend analysis, develop strategies and identify saving opportunities.
  • Experience in sourcing and procurement of IT hardware and services such as servers, storage, software licenses, security and networking devices is essential.
  • Responsibilities also include sourcing end user computing and accessories like laptops, desktops and printers.
  • Detailed knowledge of software licensing policy, AMC renewal and IT leasing is required.
  • Apart from that, experience with ERP applications and stakeholder/supplier negotiations is expected.
  • You will be responsible for contract document preparation, negotiation of terms and conditions and contract execution.
  • Identifying improvement areas in existing contracts to bring value addition and weekly/monthly tracking of savings and initiatives are key responsibilities.
