Job Title: Learning Manager

The role of a Learning Manager involves overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. This includes analyzing learning needs, designing and delivering training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Needs Analysis: Engage with leaders to identify individual, team, and organizational learning needs and collaborate with business leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Program Design & Delivery: Develop and implement training programs, learning journeys, and blended learning solutions that meet the needs of learners.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external training partners to ensure high-quality training services.
  • Training Evaluation: Establish metrics to assess training program effectiveness, gather feedback, analyze results, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Draft and manage pre- and post-learning communication with participants, including updates on learning program progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in training management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
