We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our search and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, developing strategies, and driving results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of specialists in search and social media
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Managing programmatic, search, and social campaigns from setup to optimization and reporting
  • Creating detailed plans for search and social media initiatives
  • Translating business objectives into channel-specific KPIs
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (a master's degree is a plus)
  • At least 10 years of experience in search engine marketing and social media marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Expertise in search engines such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, as well as social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
  • Experience managing campaigns across various demand-side platforms (DSPs) including DV360, Amazon, and TTD
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members
