Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
  • Drive sales growth through effective territory planning and client acquisition.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning.
  • Present products, conduct demos, and site visits as needed.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and channel partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales/business development within the building materials or construction-related industry.
  • Strong network of industry contacts (architects, builders, dealers, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with a strong drive for results.
  • Will to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
