- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape strategic planning.
- Conduct client presentations, product demos, and site visits as needed.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with clients and channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales/business development within the building materials industry.
- Strong network of industry contacts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong drive for results.
- Will travel extensively within the assigned territory.
