  • Perform real-time monitoring of servers, network devices, applications, jobs, and services using monitoring tools.
  • Identify, acknowledge, and log alerts, events, and anomalies.
  • Escalate incidents to L1/L2 support teams based on defined SOPs and severity.
  • Perform basic health checks and validations as per runbooks.
  • Track and update incident tickets in ITSM tools.
  • Perform initial triage of alerts and document actions taken and resolution/escalation steps.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure, hands-on experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems, good communication skills, and the ability to follow SOPs. They must be able to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, and have strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

Preferred qualifications include exposure to ITIL processes and certifications in basic IT/networking. Candidates with 3+ years of experience in IT monitoring or helpdesk roles with mandate skills are preferred.
