Senior Physical Implementation Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Implementation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex physical implementation methodologies and flows.

  • You will work closely with customers to understand their design and EDA tool challenges, and provide technical solutions to address these issues.
  • You will collaborate with our R&D team to develop and deploy new technologies on the latest EDA versions, ensuring seamless integration with our tools and workflows.
  • You will be responsible for effectively communicating technical findings and recommendations to both internal stakeholders and customers.

Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in physical implementation RTL-GDS, with a focus on unsupervised debugging and resolving synth & PnR implementation challenges.
  • Proficiency in Synopsys implementation tools and good exposure towards methodology changes to achieve targeted PPA metrics for complex designs.
  • Self-motivated and dedicated individual with solid debug skills and proficiency in scripting (tcl / unix / perl).
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to interface with customers and business unit personnel.
