Senior Physical Design Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Physical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the full physical design flow, from synthesis to physical verification, at both the full-chip and block levels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design of complex ICs with GHz frequency ranges and cutting-edge technologies. This role requires strong technical leadership skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the full physical design flow, including synthesis, place and route, and physical verification.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Develop and maintain process flows, scripts, and documentation to support the design effort.
- Strong expertise in physical design tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
- Experience with advanced technology nodes and 3D stacked die designs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of experience in physical design engineering.
