Senior Physical Design Engineer

This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including implementing block-level physical design from RTL to GDSII or netlist to GDSII, performing signoff and timing signoff, conducting power signoff for blocks, developing automation scripts using various languages, providing technical guidance to junior engineers, leading small project teams, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement block-level physical design from RTL to GDSII or netlist to GDSII.
- Perform block-level physical signoff and timing signoff, including ECO generation.
- Conduct power signoff for blocks.
- Develop automation scripts using Perl, Tcl, Awk, and Python.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and lead a team of 4-6 engineers.
- Led small project teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, requiring strong communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in physical design engineering.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
