Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Company Secretary and Compliance Manager to support our organization's governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Organize and coordinate board meetings, ensuring smooth decision-making processes.
- Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and compliance reports.
- File returns with regulatory bodies, ensuring timely submissions and minimal penalties.
- Liaise with external regulators, advisors, and auditors to ensure adherence to governance practices.
- Assist with internal audits and risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in corporate governance and compliance.
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and compliance management software.
