**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Counselor to join our team in Mohali. As a Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for providing expert Ielts counselling services to our clients. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide personalized counselling services to students and their parents
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential students to ensure their understanding and progress in the enrollment process
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and materials to increase brand awareness
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
  • Prior experience in education counseling or sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office

**Salary and Benefits**

The estimated salary for this position is ₹8.5 lakhs per annum, inclusive of night shift allowance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for growth and development.
