React Developer Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced React developer to join our dynamic team.

The primary focus will be on creating modular and reusable components that ensure the best possible performance and user experience.

  • Create new user-facing features using React.js.
  • Develop high-quality, reusable components and libraries for future use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into efficient code.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide array of web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in front-end development.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and in production environments.
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in React.js development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
  • Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or MobX).
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Babel, Webpack, NPM).
  • Proficient in using version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with responsive web design and mobile development.
  • Proven track record of delivering public-facing websites.
  • Implement smooth, engaging animations and interactions using libraries like GSAP, Framer Motion, or WebGL.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
