Senior Frontend Engineer

Our team is looking for a skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of our interactive platform. As a UI Lead, you will collaborate with backend and UX teams to create a seamless and engaging user experience.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Translating wireframes and designs into polished, production-ready interfaces.
  • Defining and enforcing UI best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
  • Building high-quality React components with Zustand and TailwindCSS.
  • Mentoring junior developers and guiding the overall front-end craft.
  • Exploring and implementing micro front-end architectures, including POCs for embedding low-code apps (e.g., Bubble) into React.
  • Integrating APIs and WebSockets to enable real-time agent interactions and gamified UI elements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on front-end/UI development experience.
  • Strong expertise in React and its ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with state management (Zustand) and TailwindCSS.
  • Understanding of real-time communication (WebSockets).
  • Familiarity with micro front-end architecture and low-code integrations.
  • Strong grasp of design patterns, code reviews, and scalable UI practices.
