Test Automation Expert Wanted

Talent Nexa Consulting is looking for a seasoned Test Automation Expert to lead our testing efforts. As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET-3), you will design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, CI/CD integration, and performance testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule and promote best practices in test automation and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for complex applications.
  • Define testing strategies and create detailed test cases with product managers and developers.
  • Conduct both manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software functionality.
  • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing and rapid feedback.
  • Design and execute tests to evaluate performance and scalability under various conditions.
  • Mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers in test automation and quality assurance best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
  • Strong experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
