Job Title: Senior Accounting Professional

This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for shaping the accounts of a respected, growing brand.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team. As a senior accounting professional, you will be responsible for managing multi-location businesses, ensuring tight control and consistency in financial operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of tax filing and statutory compliance, including ROC, Income Tax, GST Registration and Amendments, GST Returns Filing, TDS Return Filing, etc.
  • Manage and monitor professional tax obligations in multiple states (Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, West Bengal, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate books using Busy accounting software; prepare and file returns using CompuTax or similar tax filing software.
  • Oversee accounting for multiple branches and locations, ensuring tight control and consistency.
  • Handle all aspects of e-commerce accounting (order reconciliation, payout tracking, GST nuances, returns, etc.).
  • Create and manage advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to keep processes streamlined and fully compliant.

Requirements:

  • Candidates who have completed CA (Inter) are preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance for multi-location businesses.
  • Technical proficiency with Busy accounting software and working knowledge of tax return software like CompuTax.
  • In-depth experience with GST, TDS, ROC, and multi-state Professional Tax compliance.
  • Solid background in e-commerce accounting, able to handle multiple platforms and complex reconciliations.
  • Advanced Excel skills: pivots, macros, VLOOKUPs, and report automation.
