Marketing Specialist for International Conference Development

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Global Mass Transit. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for marketing and events, who can develop and execute successful campaigns to attract delegates to our conferences.
About the Role- This position involves acquiring delegates for global infrastructure conferences through various sales and marketing activities.
- You will be responsible for setting delegate acquisition targets and undertaking research to identify potential prospects for our conferences.
- We require a candidate with excellent digital marketing skills, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- A strong background in creating compelling marketing content and collateral is essential, including website content, promotional materials, press releases, and newsletters.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the conference or events industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum.
- In addition to salary, we offer EPF, medical insurance, gratuity, and attractive incentive plans.
