ERP Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and coordinate our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects offshore. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing ERP teams and projects, with hands-on experience in at least one ERP tool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate ERP projects offshore, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage the project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, utilizing Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to maintain a healthy project pipeline.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues across the team, proactively addressing and resolving challenges.
  • Ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with onsite stakeholders to foster a culture of transparency and trust.
  • Identify process improvements and implement Agile best practices to drive business value and growth.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices, with the ability to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
