Oracle Retail Hypercare Support

Job Description:

At a leading retail organization, we seek a highly skilled Oracle Retail Hypercare Support professional to join our team in India. This exciting opportunity allows you to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with talented colleagues, and contribute to the success of a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support for queries and issues raised by the business and other IT functions related to RMS suite of solutions in production.
  • Involved in development, support, review and test code based on the technical designs. Apply business and functional knowledge to prepare test scenarios.
  • Plan, execute and capture test results.
  • Prepare technical designs based on the functional requirements.
  • Maintain and check-in developed code in code repository.

Our ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of experience in development & Hypercare Support in Oracle Retail application, with expertise in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and ProC. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
