Oracle Primavera P6/Unifier Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Primavera P6/Unifier Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in project management using Oracle Primavera P6/Unifier
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource allocation, and cost management
  • Ability to define project templates, schedules, global codes, resource codes, calendars, EPS OBS hierarchies, cost codes, users, user roles, project privileges, and global privileges
  • Expertise in creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), updating actuals, scheduling, controlling, and monitoring project status periodically
  • Experience in cost management, Earned Value Management (EVM), contract management, cash flow, drawing inspection, quality assurance, risk management, claim management, payment application, user administration, and module management
  • Strong understanding of requirement gathering, business blueprint meetings, UAT meetings, and training on implemented modules
  • Ability to prepare requirement gathering documents, BBP documents, test scripts, UAT documents, and training materials
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 web services and APIs
  • Understanding of backend database table structures to fetch report data for Primavera P6 tools
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries
  • Collaboration with the team to design and test enhancements to Primavera P6 and Unifier, primarily in developing additional User Defined Reports (UDRs) and custom reports with BI Publisher, and carrying out enhancements
  • Knowledge of general change management and supply chain processes
  • Understanding of preparing EPC project schedules
  • Knowledge of P6 mobility
  • Ability to generate reports and application-wise reports in the form of tables, bars, pie charts, trend lines, etc.
