Job Overview:

  • We conduct comprehensive risk assessments across various domains, including products, platforms, processes and changes. This is done by adhering to the NIST RMF framework and documenting impacted assets, threats, existing controls, vulnerabilities and consequences.
  • Standardized scoring methodologies are applied using defined likelihood/impact scales and the Risk Score = Probability × Impact formula. This helps determine Low/Medium/High levels based on established thresholds.
  • Treatment decisions (mitigate/retain/avoid/share) are driven and clear treatment plans are developed with owners and deadlines. Acceptance and escalation are managed according to criteria (e.g., Medium → Director; High → VP) and approval records are maintained.
  • The Risk Register is maintained with current statuses, residual risk, review dates and supporting evidence.
  • Results and treatment plans are communicated to stakeholders, fostering two-way communication and traceability.
  • Risk posture and trends (e.g., risk distribution, SLA adherence, overdue treatments) are monitored and reported at required intervals.
  • Flexibility in TPRM allows us to perform vendor security assessments using our TPRM workflow when inbound volume is high or the dedicated resource is OOO. Results are documented to the same standard as internal assessments.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in InfoSec risk, GRC or audit with a strong focus on assessment operations (high volume, strict SLAs).
  • Demonstrated familiarity with NIST RMF (SP 800-37), NIST 800-30 and control catalogs (e.g., 800-53). ISO 27005 knowledge is an asset.
  • Proven ability to follow a defined process with high accuracy and stamina. You enjoy following well-defined processes and managing complex information securely.
