Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a Data Insights Specialist to work with raw data and drive informed decisions for retail and online channels.
- Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour, and pricing performance to drive business growth.
- Collect, clean, and structure data from POS, ERP, CRM, Google Analytics, marketplaces, and social/digital platforms.
- Build dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau to track KPIs across retail and e-commerce.
- Lead demand forecasting, product evaluation, assortment analysis, and customer segmentation to support marketing and supply chain planning.
- Cross-functional collaboration with teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Data accuracy, integrity, and quality across all reporting systems.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data
- Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Experience with retail forecasting and customer segmentation
- Background in omni-channel or eCommerce environments
