Proposal Engineer

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced engineer to develop and present technical proposals for control panel projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer requirements and create detailed technical responses to RFQs from current and potential customers.
  • Organize bid initiation and review meetings, ensuring that clarifications are raised in a timely manner to obtain better clarity on bid submission.
  • Lead core teams to assess customer needs and produce high-quality technical documents for project bidding processes.
  • Perform site visits as needed to collect information and address commercial and technical meetings with prospective clients.
  • Manage project sales progress through daily, weekly meetings and prepare reports on the status of each project.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years in electrical or electronics engineering

Qualification: BE Electrical/Electronics/ENTC/Instrumentation

Location: Handewadi, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra

Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and control systems, including DCS, PLC, RTU, SCADA, HMI, MCC, PCC, VFD, APFC, and other control panels.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and perform switchgear selection based on motor load lists.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of GA in Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
