Instrumentation Control and Automation Expert

The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and layout drawings. They should also be familiar with various instruments such as flow meters, pressure sensors, level transmitters, analysers, actuators, Pressure Reducing Valves (PRV), Flow Control Valves (FCV), and electrical panel integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret work plans and execute tasks efficiently according to site requirements.
  • Cable laying with necessary accessories in trenches and trays.
  • Configuring and commissioning flow and pressure data loggers and other instrumentation equipment.
  • Provide site clearances to sub-contractors and in-house teams as per the plan.
  • Coordinate site team activities, consultant/client coordination related to ICA activities, and planning and execution of all works.
  • Implement and manage safety protocols to ensure zero injury results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Skill Set:
  • PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), RTU (Remote Terminal Units), and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
  • Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and layout drawings.
  • Instruments such as flow meters, pressure sensors, level transmitters, analysers, actuators, PRV, FCV, and electrical panel integration.
