Transactional Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead the standardization, simplification, and automation of transactional activities across the globe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery by refining global procedures and operating methodologies, identifying value-add opportunities, and implementing effective end-to-end solutions to deliver enhanced efficiency and productivity.
Key Accountabilities:- Ensure Compliance and Refine GPOM
- End-to-End Procure-to-Pay Knowledge with hands-on SAP experience at the transactional level to guide the service provider to improve efficiency in operations.
- Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and vendor-related metrics understanding.
- Robotics Process Automation (RPA): identification of opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate them with bot solutions to create more efficiencies.
- Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) review and revision to align with improved processes and practices.
- Consistent Service Delivery by engaging with units in service to improve/sustain them.
- Risk and Control Matrices (RACM) definition and update, review, and resolution of RACM audit findings.
