Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of IT infrastructure validation strategies that align with business objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in IT system validation methodologies, lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and mentoring skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, as well as analytical and detail-oriented approach with problem-solving ability.

About the Role

This position involves strategic planning, validation, and monitoring of infrastructure components to maintain operational efficiency, data security, and business continuity. The role also requires driving process improvements, leading technical evaluations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

The key responsibilities include developing and implementing IT infrastructure validation strategies, ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance during infrastructure lifecycle management, validating installation, configuration, and performance of servers, networks, storage, and virtualization systems, reviewing and approving system qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and reports, enforcing security validation checks to safeguard data and systems, and ensuring adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations through regular audits.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement IT infrastructure validation strategies aligned with business needs.
  2. Ensure scalability, resilience, and compliance during infrastructure lifecycle management.
  3. Validate installation, configuration, and performance of servers, networks, storage, and virtualization systems.
  4. Review and approve system qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and reports.
  5. Enforce security validation checks to safeguard data and systems.
  6. Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations through regular audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 9 to 11 years of experience in IT validation, infrastructure management, or quality/compliance functions.
  • Proficiency in IT system validation methodologies and lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure (servers, networks, virtualization, storage, and backup systems).
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, GDPR, ITIL).
  • Expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Experience in audit preparation and compliance reporting.
