Job Title: IT Manager

The primary goal of this role is to ensure all IT infrastructure, systems, and processes are compliant with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for validating IT infrastructure aligned with business objectives.
  • Validate the installation, configuration, and performance of servers, networks, storage, and virtualization systems.
  • Enforce security validation checks to safeguard data and systems.
  • Lead and supervise a team of technical experts reporting to the Director of IT.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 9 to 11 years of experience in IT validation, infrastructure management, or quality/compliance functions.
  • Proficiency in IT system validation methodologies and lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.

Functional Skills Required:

  • Expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. ISO, GDPR).
  • Experience in audit preparation and compliance reporting.

Behavioral Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach with problem-solving ability.
