Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance professional to join our team as a GRC Consultant. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing governance, risk management, and compliance systems for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing risks, security practices, and effective communication. They should also be knowledgeable about various regulatory compliance standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, EU GDPR, and Bahrain PDPL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and participate in the implementation of client initiatives to reduce technology risk and enhance governance and compliance.
  • Evaluate business and IT risks, develop IT security standards, procedures, and controls to manage risks, and improve client security positioning through process improvement, policy, automation, and continuous evolution of capabilities.
  • Support senior team members in analyzing requirements and designing information security postures, including Legal, Regulatory, and Scheme security requirements.
  • Perform and investigate internal and external information security risk and exception assessments, document and report control failures and gaps to stakeholders, and provide remediation guidance.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance.
  • Understanding of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ITIL, ITSM, and COBIT standards preferred.
  • Experience with risk management principles and associated methodologies.

Additional Skills:

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills are required to drive change in a collaborative way both internally and externally.

As a GRC Consultant, you will stay current on best practices and technological advancements and act as a technical resource for security assessment and regulatory compliance.
