Job Title: Vendor Risk Management and Compliance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Risk Management professional to join our team. As a seasoned GRC expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's third-party risk management program is effective and aligned with industry best practices.

Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate third-party cybersecurity controls, track and monitor due diligence review status, and communicate updates to senior management and key stakeholders on a regular basis.

You will also drive meetings with stakeholders, provide advisory services on enterprise risk management trends and challenges, and contribute to the design and development of information security policies and standards.

Additionally, you will work closely with technical teams to implement change requests related to risk or control implementation and governance processes, participating in internal and external regulatory and IT security audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate third-party cybersecurity controls and ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices
  • Track and monitor due diligence review status and communicate updates to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Drive meetings with stakeholders and provide advisory services on enterprise risk management trends and challenges
  • Contribute to the design and development of information security policies and standards
  • Participate in internal and external regulatory and IT security audits

Requirements:

  • Experience in Third-Party Risk Management, including evaluating third-party cybersecurity controls
  • Strong business and communication skills, with the ability to articulate risks and propose remediation options or compensating controls
  • Experience with GRC platforms, SIG (shared assessments), ISO 27001, NIST framework, SOC 1, SOC2, HIPAA, and PCI DSS
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams and drive meetings with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of IT Governance, IT Risk & Compliance Management Controls
