Our team seeks a seasoned Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) professional to lead our GRC initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive GRC policies, frameworks and strategies.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and create mitigation plans.
  • Oversee compliance programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead internal audits and compliance reviews, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure GRC initiatives align with organizational objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry best practices, advising on their implications.
  • Mentor and train the GRC team, fostering professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CGEIT) preferred.
  • 8+ years of core experience in GRC, risk management or compliance roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of GRC frameworks, regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
