Job Title: Experienced Bookkeeper for Software/IT Industry
Our organization seeks an experienced bookkeeper with proven skills in managing daily, monthly, and yearly financial transactions. This role requires a candidate who can maintain accurate records and ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including cash flow management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Process international client invoices and reconciliations in USD/EUR currencies.
- Coordinate vendor invoices, expenses, and reconciliations to optimize financial performance.
- Prepare journal entries (JVs), accruals, and adjustments to maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure month-end and year-end closures are completed on time, adhering to industry standards.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance vendor invoice tracking and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure seamless audits and compliance checks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the IT/ITES or software export sectors.
- Mandatory expertise in Zoho Books for full-cycle bookkeeping.
- Strong knowledge of TDS payments, GST filings, and Softex reporting for IT/ITES exports.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
