Deliver high-quality workforce optimization platforms to drive business success as a Technical Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy WFO platforms in diverse environments
  • Collaborate with clients to extract business requirements and provide consultative services
  • Develop and review best practices for implementation processes
  • Maintain a strong command of WFO technologies, server components, desktop applications, and telephony integrations
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on WFO server maintenance and PC client loading

Requirements:

  • Verint Work Force Optimization Certification
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience with Windows and Active Directory system administration
  • Strong experience with WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and Call Center practices
  • Experience with JAVA Enterprise, frameworks, app servers like Tomcat, JBoss, and MS SQL database administration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and network topology, as well as Linux OS's and associated technologies

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Work Force Management or Analytics
  • VMware knowledge
  • Apache web servers and SSL certificates
