Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, architects, and consultants to maintain project quality. They will analyze construction drawings and adhere to technical standards, providing troubleshooting support for any technical issues that arise.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution:
    • Supervise on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within the defined scope.
    • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and consultants to maintain project quality.
  • Technical Guidance:
    • Analyze construction drawings and adhere to technical standards.
    • Provide troubleshooting support for any technical issues that arise.
  • Material Management:
    • Track material usage and manage inventory to avoid delays.
    • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
  • Site Supervision:
    • Oversee workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare daily site reports and communicate project updates to management.
    • Document measurements, schedules, and material usage.
  • Budget and Cost Control:
    • Assist in managing the project budget and controlling costs.
  • Training and Support for Freshers:
    • Support freshers by assigning them tasks like taking measurements and learning site management basics.
