Job Description:

Our Sales & Marketing Trainee Program is a 12-month on-the-job development opportunity that focuses on building your expertise in sales and marketing. You will gain hands-on experience by working closely with our experienced team members, who will mentor and guide you throughout your journey.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our solution portfolio and contribute to achieving assigned revenue goals by positioning and selling solutions in assigned accounts/territories.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop existing relationships to drive growth and success.
  • Participate in customer meetings, pitches, and solution demos to showcase our products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent MBA graduate or equivalent degree with a strong academic record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
