At HCLTech, we're looking for a talented Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service desk, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

In this position, you'll be responsible for handling escalated calls from our L1 team, resolving tickets within agreed SLAs, and adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements. You'll also work towards maintaining high efficiency, minimizing average handling time (AHT), and maximizing resolution rates.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with mobility-related applications and desktop systems, and a strong understanding of troubleshooting techniques. Experience with Outlook, VPN, Citrix, VDI, and MS Office/O365 will be highly valued.
