Job Title: Procurement Officer
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process from vendor selection to order delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Inquire with vendors regarding product availability and lead times.
- Coordinate shipping, resolving any potential shipping or receiving issues such as damages or missing items.
- Monitor logistics requisitions and handle adjustments with vendors.
- Manage and maintain Logistics reports for specified divisions.
- Liaise with the accounting department to reconcile Vendor invoices and purchase orders.
- Review and manage purchase orders timing, follow-up, and tracking.
- Resolve supplier invoice discrepancies on an escalated basis.
- Handle cases involving damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
- Oversee warranty claims.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with suppliers in relation to order processing.
