Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our AI-driven medical analysis tools. This includes performing thorough manual testing, executing comprehensive test plans, and collaborating with engineers and domain experts to understand user workflows.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in manual QA with web applications, strong skills in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and exploratory testing, as well as familiarity with web technologies and bug tracking tools.

About the Role

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual testing of AI-driven medical analysis tools
  • Execute comprehensive test plans across web applications
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and domain experts
  • Conduct specialized testing of AI/ML outputs
  • Work with physicians and legal teams to gather feedback
  • Help establish QA processes and documentation standards
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Mandatory Requirements:
  • 3+ years of manual QA experience with web applications
  • Strong experience in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and exploratory testing
  • Familiarity with web technologies and ability to test applications built with modern frameworks
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts or strong willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automated testing frameworks or scripting for test automation
  • Knowledge of API testing tools and basic understanding of REST endpoints
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages
  • Background in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and web application architecture
  • Experience testing NLP applications, LLMs, or AI-powered products
  • Knowledge of accessibility testing and HIPAA compliance considerations
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies and CI/CD processes
