Key Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive interfaces for web & mobile applications that seamlessly integrate human intuition with cutting-edge technology.
  • Leverage industry-leading tools such as Figma, Canva, Lovable, Bolt.new, and other AI design assistants to optimize workflows and boost productivity.
  • Conceptualize and develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and polished UI designs that exceed expectations.
  • Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations to refine design solutions.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and reusable components that drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate execution of designs and achieve seamless integration.
  • Apply rigorous accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles to create inclusive and engaging experiences.
  • Continuously contribute innovative ideas to enhance features and user experiences, driving business growth and success.
  • Guide junior designers, promote a collaborative design culture, and foster a spirit of innovation within the team.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases expertise.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Canva, Lovable, Bolt.new, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
  • Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript to effectively collaborate with development teams.
  • Hands-on experience with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and user-centered design methodologies to inform design decisions.
  • Attention to detail, passion for modern design, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
